On Halloween this year, James and I were actually in Detroit so we tried to fit in some pre Halloween fun.
We watched Halloween movies for a good week straight, and the kids had fun at our church AWANAS pumpkin party.
The weekend before Halloween we dressed the kids up and took them to Boo at the Zoo.
This year we did a Star Wars theme!

We had a great time as a family that day and trust me our kids profited from us being gone on Halloween weekend. Their GG and Papa John took them to an event for 4 nights straight! There were over 6 gallon sized ziplocks full of candy when we got back home.
We are blessed to have our GG and Papa John!!
