We just wrapped up a week of VBS at our church. We had such a great time. I have fallen even more in love with our church during this week. It was the first time that we have been a part of a VBS that offered classes from nursery all the way to adult! No detail was overlooked and none was left out. Look at this tiny shirt that was ordered for David!
David had fun at his very first VBS!
James and I volunteered with the youth and Makayla worked in the toddler room.

I love the worship rally time. We averaged 160 in attendance every night and for a small country church that is outstanding!
Christopher was chosen to carry the flag one night.
Our pastor was so great this week. James Henry thinks he is the best thing ever! He did some crazy antics and even a stunt or too.

There is nothing better for your soul than seeing teens circle up and lift each other up in prayer.

I loved all the decor, all the work, all the food and all of the hours put into this week by grateful loving volunteers who love Jesus and love my family as well as each person that walked through those church doors this week. Christopher left this week already talking about next year's VBS!
Now, what makes this the best VBS ever??
Last night July 31, 2015 when we got home James Henry asked James to sit down and pray with him so he could accept Jesus into his heart. One of the best moments of my families lives and certainly the most important moment of James Henry's life.
Praise God for my family and my children, for a husband that leds us and for a church that loves Jesus and us.
