Oasis Kidz Camp 2011

For the last two years Makayla has gone with our church to High Plains Retreat Center. It is only a few miles outside of town. This year's theme was IServe. Our children's pastor Jody talked to the kids about all the different endless ways to serve God.
   Tuesday night's are always family worship nights. We all go down to spend the evening with the kids. Jody talked to us parents some during the sermon and focused in on Joshua 24:15 As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord. Which happens to be one of my favorite verses!
   After the service we had water balloon fights with the kids, and a fake bon fire with rice crispy treats( thanks burn ban!). It was a great evening.
